Market Cross creates brand new offices and welcomes a new tenant!

One North Group have expanded their business into Market Cross in Selby - taking one of the three newly converted offices at the centre.

The space above the former Access Selby unit has been converted into 2,300 square feet of brand-new office space. Selby Hands of Hope have taken the remodelled, ground floor retail unit, opening earlier this year.

One North Group offers commercial debt recovery and business finance solutions and the team have now relocated to the last remaining office unit.

The company started in January 2020, with co- directors Noel Haverly and Paul Leary, who came from asset- based lending and receivables management background.

The company focuses on cashflow generation for businesses, helping companies that are struggling by assisting with credit control, collecting problem and overdue debt, and helping to raise finance.

The company have offices in Leeds and are now expanding to the Selby area. The expansion into Market Cross has led to One North Group creating more jobs as they are actively recruiting up to six people over the next 12 months.
